VOCORD SuperFax

System for Decoding and Graphic Presentation of Fax Messages with Support for SuperG3 (V34fax) Standard — up to 33.6 Kbytes/s

VOCORD SuperFax is a software package for decoding and graphic presentation of fax messages, intercepted and recorded with VOCORD equipment.

The package consists of 3 components:

1. VOCORD Fax Server;
2. VOCORD Fax Line;
3. VOCORD Fax Client.

VOCORD Fax Server is a programmed module of VOCORD Phobos server, supporting work with the following board types:

1. VOCORD A4, VOCORD A8;
2. VOCORD PRO-2E1, VOCORD 4E1;
3. VOCORD D8.

VOCORD Fax Server controls the process of detecting and defining fax sessions in real time on the back-end and is an indispensable component of VOCORD SuperFax fax-decoder.

VOCORD Fax Line is a programmed module activating the fax-detector on the particular connection line. The customer has to purchase a number of VOCORD Fax Line licenses corresponding to the number of connection lines on which fax-transmissions will be detected.

VOCORD Fax Client is a program package with graphic user interface for demodulation, decoding and graphic representation of recorded fax transmissions. Number of the needed VOCORD Fax Client copies depends on the number of network working places where the fax records are going to be viewed.

A special feature of the fax detector is automatic defining of modulation type, data transmission rate and method of coding, which allows viewing non-standard fax messages. High-quality receiver realization allows securely decoding fax messages with high noise level, big channel distortions and offsets of carrier and timing frequency.

The process of decoding fax-messages is carried out in 3 steps:

1. Detecting.
2. Demodulation.
3. Decoding and graphic representation.
